We saw and swam with the rare Pink Dolphin. The birdlife was incredible: Parrots, Toucans, Hawks, the Horned Screamer, the pre-historic Hoatzins. We went searching for alligator eyes after dark in a dug-out canoe that just stayed above the surface. One small move and the your fellow passengers start saying their prayers!
